Long-term training course opportunities

How to Write and Publish a Systematic Review and Meta-analysis 

Cochrane China Center regularly offers long-term systematic review courses (1-3 months) to audiences across China. All interested people are welcome to register and attend the courses.

Training objective: to develop skills on how to design, implement and publish a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Target trainees: postgraduate students or healthcare professionals in medicine, pharmacy, preventive medicine, stomatology, nursing, medical imaging and medical laboratory, as well as other interested researchers.

Training contents: essential methods about systematic review and meta-analysis, protocol development, literature retrieval, risk of bias assessment, meta-analysis methods, quality assessement, software use, etc. 

Training methods: using step-by-step teaching method. The Center has many years of teaching and research experiences in the production of systematic reviews.

Training Arrangements: Classes are held in March (spring sesseion) and September (autumn session). 

Fee standard: 1 month: 3000 yuan per person, 2 months: 4000 yuan per person, 3 months: 5000 yuan per person. 

Certificate: Certificate with a unique number stamped by the Cochrane China Center and Chinese Evidence-based Medical Center will be issued after the training. 

Venue: West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu

Please note: All trainees should bring their own computers. We strongly suggest that attendees prepare a research topic for specific discussion before attending the course.
